Our standard
We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Where we fall short, we treat it as a defect and prioritize a fix.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, labeled form fields, and visible focus states throughout the platform.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds in light and dark modes.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, dialogs, and dashboard controls.
- Alt text on meaningful imagery and ARIA roles where native semantics are insufficient.
- Reduced-motion support that respects your operating-system preference.
Known limitations
Some third-party content surfaced from official funding sources (PDFs, agency forms, embedded videos) may not meet our accessibility standard. We link to the original source so you can access agency-provided alternatives.
